A few years back we bought a 24,000 sq ft office building in O’Fallon. The building was previously used as a medical building, but our needs were for office space for our real estate companies. We reached out to several architects and found Kurt to be easy to communicate with, and he was able to meet our timeline. I worked closely with Kurt putting together plans that would work for our company and fit within our budget. He put together some awesome plans that were super helpful, working with our contractors and the city/county inspectors. We had a few minor changes that were needed during the construction phase, and Kurt knocked those out quickly. I found Kurt to be easy to work with; he was very professional, and our project turned out fantastic.
